concurring..“Insanity” has,been defined “as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”-1 The thirty-five-year prison sentence assessed against appellant, Marcus Jackson, in the instant narcotics case illustrates the point.

Here, the trial court sentenced appellant to confinement for thirty-five years for the third-degree felony offense of-possession of two cigarettes dipped in phencyclidine (“PCP”), which together weighed 1.93 *84grams,2 less than a restaurant-size packet of sugar.
