BENCH, Senior Judge:

T 1 Danny's Drywall and its insurer, American Liberty Insurance Co., (collectively, Employer) petition for judicial review of a Labor Commission decision awarding permanent total disability benefits to Rafael Suastegui Bernal (Claimant). We do not disturb the Commission's decision.

BACKGROUND
