Appellant, American Trust and Safe Deposit Company, a corporation, as trustee, filed its verified bill to foreclose a first mortgage executed by Warren B. Eldred and Edith M. Eldred, securing $125,000. July 21, 1931, a decree of foreclosure was entered. October 22, 1931, Anna Mae Blackstone, individually, and Aaron Soble as trustee, filed their cross-bill praying for the appointment of a receiver to collect the rents. February 27, 1932, after the American Trust and Safe Deposit Company had filed an answer, the chancellor appointed…
