MEMORANDUM OPINION OF UNITED STATES
CHARLES R. RICHEY, District Judge.
This case is before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion to amend the complaint in order to rectify certain pleading deficiencies in Count I which the Court specified in its Memorandum issued herein on May 11, 1977.
