MANFORD, Judge.

This is an action to recover monies claimed due upon promissory notes and to set aside a conveyance of farm property. The judgment is affirmed in part and reversed in part.

The judgment entered herein resulted from the combined rulings of the trial court and a jury verdict. This cause originated under a multiple count petition (seven *240counts), asserting claims against the respondents in varied capacities.
