The only serious dispute as to the facts in this action is with relation to the manner in which the defendant’s car left the traveled portion of the highway and came in contact with the plaintiff as she stood on the sidewalk on the west side of Fond du Lac avenue. North avenue, a paved street, extends in an easterly-westerly direction. West *25Fond du Lac avenue crosses North avenue in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction, and Twenty-first street also crosses North avenue in a more northerly and southerly direction. There is a double track of streetcar rails along West Fond du Lac avenue.…
