This case comes before the court on plaintiff Hudgins Moving & Storage Co., Inc.’s (Hudgins) Motion to Remand to the Circuit Court of Davidson County, Tennessee, from which it was removed by Defendants American Express Company and American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (collectively, American Express). (Docket No. 8) Hudgins filed this action in the Circuit Court of Davidson County on June 3, 2003. (Docket No. 1, Ex.
