This was an action by the state of Nansas, on the relation of the county attorney of Wyandotte county, against the city of Kansas City, to enjoin it from entering into a contract for the paving of certain streets, and from issuing bonds in payment for the same. The application for a temporary injunction was denied, and the state, by the county attorney, prosecutes error to this court.
