I. INTRODUCTION
Now before the Court is Defendant Beijing-Matsushita Color CRT Company’s (“Defendant” or “BMCC”) motion to dismiss certain Direct Action Plaintiffs’ (“Plaintiffs” or “DAPs”) complaints for lack of personal jurisdiction.1 ECF No. 2118 (“MTD”). The motion is fully briefed. ECF Nos. 2239-4 (“Opp’n”) (filed under seal), 2363 (“Reply”).2 Finding this matter suitable for disposition without oral argument, Civ. L.R. 7-l(b), the Court DENIES the motion.
