THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Defendant, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company’s (“Northwestern[’s]”) Motion for Final Summary Judgment and *1356to Strike Portions of Plaintiffs Amended Complaint (“Motion”) [ECF No. 65], filed on October 11, 2011.
