L. F. Wilson instituted this suit against S. W. Blount, J. D. Coker, and Zane Cetti, alleging that he owned an undivided one-half interest in a survey of 640 acres of land; that defendants owned the remaining interest; and prayed for a partition of the land between the parties. The defendants all filed answers in which each of them claimed an undivided one-fourth interest in the entire survey. It was shown without controversy that plaintiff owned an undivided one-half interest in the land, and the only issues controverted upon the trial were between the defendants.
