JACKSON, Chief Justice.

On December 29, 1930, Mina D. Jones, joined by her husband, A. M. Jones, in consideration of the sum of $5,320, evidenced by two notes, one for the sum of $1,600, due five years thereafter, and the other for the sum of $3,720, due on November 1, 1935, executed their deed for the purpose of conveying to Pauline Parmer in her separate right and as her separate estate the southwest one-fourth of section No. 35, township 25 north of range No. 2 east, in Deaf Smith county, Tex.
