— Appellant and another were jointly-charged with the crime of being jointists, in Spokane county, this state, on May 11, 1924, at No. 238 West Main avenue, in the city of Spokane. They were jointly tried and both convicted.

Motions for a directed verdict on behalf of appellant at the close of the state's case, at the conclusion of all the evidence in the case, and in arrest of judgment after verdict, were unsuccessfully made.
