The appellant conducts a manufacturing plant at Warren, Ohio, and is an employer as the term is defined by the workmen’s compensation law of the State. In an original proceeding instituted in the Supreme Court, the State s highest tribunal, it challenged awards made to certain of its employees, alleging that the injuries suffered were not incurred in the course of, and did not arise out of, the employment; that the awards were, therefore, beyond the jurisdiction of the Industrial Commission which entered them, and, unless they were abrogated, the appellant would be deprived of its property…
