Evelyn Wilkerson, surviving wife, Bennie Doris and Jimmy Louis Wilkerson, surviving children of Ben Wilkerson, deceased, brought this suit against Texas Employers Insurance Company to recover compensation benefits for the death of Ben Wilkerson.
