| Appellant Steve Rose appeals from the circuit court’s order granting summary judgment to separate appellees Harbor East Property Owners Association (“the POA”) and Recreational Management, Inc. (“Recreational”), and dismissing Rose’s complaint for foreclosure with prejudice.
