Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed January 4, 2005, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because her employment was terminated due to misconduct.
In December 2002, claimant’s employment as a teacher in the Yonkers City School District was terminated for insubordination.
