HAMILTON, Circuit Judge:
Debtor-Appellant James McNallen (McNallen) appeals the judgment of the district court affirming the bankruptcy court’s decision that a tort judgment rendered against McNallen in-a Texas court was not dischargeable under 11 U.S.C.A. § 523(a)(6) (West 1993), which provision denies discharge from debt for willful and malicious injury to person or property by the debtor.
