MEMORANDUM OPINION

DOUGLAS O. TICE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Hearing was held on July 10, 1996, on debtor’s former spouse’s motion objecting to confirmation of debtor’s modified chapter 13 plan. At the conclusion of the trial, the court took the matter under advisement. For reasons stated in this opinion, the court denies confirmation of the plan.

Findings of Fact

On February 8, 1995, judgment was entered against debtor in the General District Court of the City of Hopewell for arrearage child support, attorney fees, and interest. Debtor filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on October 6, 1995.…
