ANGELINI, Justice.

This is an accelerated appeal of an order extending a court-ordered mental health commitment for out-patient treatment for appellant, who had previously been found not guilty by reason of insanity of aggravated robbery. In two points of error, appellant asserts: (1) that the trial court erred in denying him a hearing and a jury trial on the issue of whether his present mental condition meets the criteria for involuntary commitment and (2) that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the commitment order.
