GARDNER, Chief Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment dismissing plaintiff’s complaint in an action wherein plaintiff, appellant herein, sought to recover judgment against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company on account of personal injuries received by her because of the alleged negligence of one William W. Powers while she was being transported in an automobile owned by her father, Floyd Potter, and driven by said Powers with her father’s consent.
