YANKWICH, Chief Judge.

The Complaint in this case is denominated “Unfair Competition; Pira cy of Trade Secrets and Labor”. In essence it seeks relief, to be more particularized hereinafter, for alleged violation by the defendants of alleged trade secrets consisting of methods of production of silicon rectifiers. 1
