MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
I. Introduction.
On April 20, 1989, plaintiffs filed a complaint in this Court against defendant claiming damages for negligence, breach of implied warranty, and breach of contract. Plaintiffs seek to recover for certain property damage and personal injuries. The case appears before this Court on three different motions filed by defendant.
