These appeals are from a judgment in favor of George D. Cañóles upon a jury’s verdict of $19,500 in an action for personal injuries and property damages sustained by him in an automobile accident, and a judgment upon demurrer to a declaration filed by Mrs. Cañóles for loss of consortium and special damages to her by reason of her husband’s disabilities resulting from the accident. A motion to dismiss the first appeal was filed on the ground that the appellant failed to print all of the material testimony. We overruled that motion in a per curiam opinion.
