(Appellants) appeal from the November 24, 2014 Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County (trial court) dismissing Appellants’ land use appeal of a zoning ordinance regulating digital billboards .(Ordinance), which was enacted by the Palmer Township Board of Supervisors (Board).
