Gregory Golz, defendant, appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of McHenry County revoking his probation and sentencing him to two to six years imprisonment.

Defendant was sentenced to probation in July 1974 after he entered a plea of guilty to the offense of forgery, and on June 2,1975, the State filed a petition to revoke his probation alleging that he had violated its conditions by the commission of a burglary.
