Defendant Gary W. Flanagan appeals from his convictions on the felony offense of aggravated criminal sexual assault. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 38, par. 12 — 14(b)(1).) We affirm.
On March 18, 1987, defendant was charged by complaint with one count of the misdemeanor offense of criminal sexual abuse in the circuit court of Menard County, Illinois. (Ill. Rev.
