Gail A. Ford, Lisa Guilkey, Sheryl Hackney, Sally J. Herring, Rebecca L. Hindman, Jane Holloway, Jane A. Landis, Carol McIntosh, and Dennis Pickering appeal the grant of summary judgment to the Madison-Grant Teachers Association. The Appellants are all Teachers who are non-members of the Association. They claim that the trial court com mitted error when it denied their motion for summary judgment and instead granted the Association’s motion for summary judgment.
