CROSKEY, J.

The defendant and appellant Nathan Hall (Hall) appeals an order revoking probation previously granted following a jury trial which resulted in his conviction for the sale of a substance in lieu of a controlled substance (Health & Saf. Code, § 11355). He was sentenced to four years in prison. He contends that he was denied his right to counsel at the probation revocation proceeding. We find that the record does not establish that Hall knowingly waived his right to counsel or was warned of the dangers of self-representation as required by Faretta v. California (1975) 422 U.S.…
