delivered the opinion of the court:

The trial court entered judgment upon a jmy verdict in favor of the respective defendants. Upon special interrogatories the jmy found that neither the plaintiffs nor either defendant was guilty of negligence. The plaintiffs appeal from the verdict entered in favor of the defendant, Gleim.
