This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by tbe plaintiff as tbe result of an automobile collision when the car driven by defendant struck the rear end of plaintiff’s car when it was stopped at an intersection. At the conclusion of all the evidence, the trial court granted plaintiff’s motion to find the defendant guilty of negligence' and so instructed the jury. The question of determining the amount of plaintiff’s damages was submitted to the jury under appropriate instructions, resulting in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff…
