2Per curiam
Plaintiffs LaSalle Extension University and Katharine Gibbs School (LaSalle) appeal the district court’s denial of attorneys’ fees under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(4)(E) (1976). The district court determined that LaSalle’s confessed commercial self-interest in obtaining the requested material had provided an adequate incentive to bring the FOIA suit. It therefore denied LaSalle their attorneys’ fees as unnecessary to promote release of information that ought to be available to the public.
