Barnes & Robinson Company, Inc. filed this action against two related companies claiming breach of contract, failure to negotiate in good faith, and promissory es-toppel. The claims arise from negotiations pursuant to two letters of intent and subsequent representations upon which Barnes & Robinson contends it relied to its detriment.
