The plaintiff, a medical clinic, filed an action against the defendants alleging, among other things, tortious interference with business relationships and civil conspiracy. The defendants filed a motion to dismiss, which the trial court granted. The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court’s dismissal of these claims, finding that the facts alleged in the complaint were sufficient to state claims upon which relief could be granted.
