Anderson v. KFBB Broadcasting Corporation

This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Cascade County granting a summary judgment with prejudice against plaintiff, Herbert C. Anderson, hereinafter referred to as appellant, in an action to recover damages from an alleged breach of contract.
