This case was consolidated with Civil Action No. 189, W. A. Thompson, Plaintiff, v. Standard Oil Company of New Jersey, Defendant, on the ground that both cases involve common questions of law and fact. In all practical respects the cases are similar but there are some material differences, so that it is deemed advisable to make and file findings of fact and conclusions of law in each case.
