COTE, District Judge.
Four accounting firms based in Bermuda have moved to dismiss these federal securities actions on the ground of forum non conveniens. The plaintiffs in the Cromer class action and in the Argos join-der action 1 were investors in the Manhattan Investment Fund, Ltd. (“Fund”), an off-shore investment fund established under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, but managed from New York by defendant Michael Berger (“Berger”).
