Appeal from Linn District Court. — John T. Moffit, Judge. This action was originally begun by the plaintiff against the defendant, George W. Cameron, to recover a sum claimed to be due it from Cameron. In this action the plaintiff sued out an attachment, and levied upon a certain stock of goods owned by Cameron. At the time of the levy, the goods were mortgaged. Thereafter, the mortgagees appeared and claimed the property under their mortgage.
