Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Gilliam, J., entered April 20, 1921, upon findings in favor of the plaintiffs, in an action for personal injuries sustained through collision with an automobile.

The North Trunk highway runs in a northerly direction from the city of Seattle, and is paved with brick to a width of eighteen feet. On the westerly side, in front of the residence of the respondents, the right of way is filled in with dirt to a level with the paved portion of the highway, for the full distance of thirty feet to the respondents’ property line.
