This case presents two questions: (1) whether the court of appeals erred in holding that the evidence presented at appellant’s trial was legally sufficient to prove that he used a deadly weapon during the commission of his offense, and (2) whether the court of appeals erred in holding that the trial court did not err in admitting into evidence certain out-of-court statements of the victim.
