Defendant National Oil & Gas, Inc. (National), appeals as of right from the trial court’s injunctive order requiring National to obtain a special land-use permit for the retail sale of gasoline. We affirm.

Plaintiff owns and operates a service station with a convenience store located in Bronson. National sought to remodel existing structures on property it owned adjacent to plaintiffs, which improvements would include two fast-food restaurants, a convenience store, and eight self-serve gasoline pumps.
