REPPY, J.

This is an appeal from the superior court’s affirmance of a decision of the real estate commissioner (hereinafter, the commissioner) revoking petitioner-appellant Paul DeRasmo’s real estate salesman’s license under section 10177, subdivision (a), of the Business and Professions Code.

After a hearing on an accusation, a proposed decision was issued by the hearing officer containing findings of fact, the substance of which is as follows:
