This is the second case to come before this Court involving the written and spoken criticism of the animal euthanasia policy and operational policies at the Southampton Animal Shelter (the “Shelter”) by the Plaintiff Patricia Lynch (the “Plaintiff’). The events underlying the first case, Lynch v.
