In the instant appeal, defendant-appellants Richard Warren North and his various companies (Northwestern Farms, Inc. and Northwestern Feed and Grain, Inc.) are seeking relief from a January 5, 1982 interlocutory order issued during a proceedings supplemental action 1 in which the White Circuit Court determined North was liable for the payment of $388,120 to plaintiff-ap-pellee Russell K.
