Appellant Antonio Lenoir was convicted by a jury of first-degree murder and sentenced to thirty-five years in prison. Mr. Lenoir now appeals, raising four points for reversal.
Mr. Lenoir’s first argument is that he was denied a fair trial when the trial court excluded the testimony of his expert witness on cross-racial identification. His second argument is that the trial court erred in refusing his proffered jury instruction on the issue of cross-racial identification.
