OPINION

SHERRY RADACK, Chief Justice.

In this construction case we consider whether the trial court erred by granting a construction manager’s motion for summary judgment, which was based on the statute of repose. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

In 1981, South Texas College of Law [“South Texas”] hired KBR, Inc. [“KBR”] in connection with its plans to build an 11-story annex to its existing building.
