The appellee, June J. Gregg, sued the appellant, her mother-in-law, Sarah M. Gregg, to recover damages for the alienation by the appellant of the affections of the appellee’s husband, George M. Gregg. The complaint was in one paragraph, to which the appellant *212answered by the general denial. After trial by jury and verdict for the appellee, and after the overruling of the appellant’s motion for a new trial, the appellee filed a motion for leave to amend the complaint.
