¶ 1 Plaintiff/Appellant Lori Lynn West, in her individüál capacity and on behalf of minor child D.J.W. (“West”), appeals the trial court’s dismissal of a lawsuit brought against Defendants/Appellees' Jane Phillips Memorial Medical Center (“JPMC”) and Jan Reynolds (“Reynolds”) (collectively, “Defendants”) for invasion of privacy, breach of confidentiality, unfair and deceptive trade practices, slander, malicious prosecution, and civil conspiracy.
