Derrick Dillard appeals the grant of summary judgment disposing of his disability discrimination claims against his former employer, the City of Austin. After a car accident left Dillard with lingering injuries that prevented him from performing his former tasks as a manual laborer and field supervisor, the City offered, and Dillard accepted, a new job as an administrative assistant. As a result of performance and behavior in the administrative position, the City eventually terminated Dillard. The questions on appeal are whether the new position was a reasonable…
