HIGGINSON, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-Appellant Pablo Dominguez-Alvarado appeals the district court’s imposition of a three-year term of supervised release as part of his criminal sentence. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS

Dominguez-Alvarado, a citizen of Mexico, pleaded guilty to a one-count indictment charging him with being present in the United States unlawfully after removal, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326.
